Created by former Top Chef contestent James Rigato, Mabel Gray is considered a culinary statement. In an interesting new twist, there is never a set menu and the dishes always rotate based on seasons and availability of fresh foods. Although Mabel Grey has no set menu, they never fail to deliver on delicious, exciting new foods. Mabel Gray embraces the industrial history of Detroit by setting up shop in an old cinder block building that used to house neighbrhood fare. Mabel Gray is the perfect balance of history and character mixed with innovation and gormet foods.
